Valbonne to Seneffe exit (split of labs and HVAC installations for labs).
Because of the split of Dow and Dupont labs had to be seperated, dismantled and transported to a new location. Another task was to install a new HVAC installation with fume hoods for the labaratories.

Program management for new Dow Chemical headoffice in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.
The building is located directly on the Westerscheldetunnel in the new Maintenance Value Park. The project consists of an office, designed for approximately 850 employees and additionally, with a workshop for 45 people.

Relocate 444A Building (turn-key construction of porta cabins offices and 2 years later decommissioning)
The project was completed under high pressure. The property of the old porta cabins was sold to another company and therefor the need to dismantle the old location and create the new building was high. The dismantling of the old location and construction of the new porta cabins was succesfully completed within the requested time frame.
