Onderzoek of het rendabel was om de huidige huur locatie aan te kopen heeft OfficeWorks een financiële haalbaarheidsstudie uitgevoerd. Conclusie was dat het beter was om een nieuwe locatie aan te huren welke gevonden werd in de MediArena van EndeMolShine Group.
